CARAVAN, CANARY WHARF
All day dining and craft coffee pioneers, Caravan are famous for their signature well-travelled breakfast, brunch and all-day food and drinks menus. We worked closely with Caravan to design their restaurant and outdoor terrace at Canary Wharf – an urban idyllic retreat away from the bustle of the business district. We carefully selected reclaimed and natural materials which would work with the exposed finishes of the interior. A simple, neutral palette is warmed up with lush green tropical plants and Palm Springs-inspired finishes and textures. Ceilings are left exposed and architectural features are revealed. Blockwork walls and raw concrete columns provide a backdrop full of character. Lime render walls sweep through the site and connect with the sandy terrazzo concrete floors.
