THE SALAD PROJECT, Battersea
The Battersea location of The Salad Project continues the brand’s design-led evolution, blending sophistication with simplicity in a fast-casual setting. Exposed ceilings, tactile finishes, and a limited material palette create a space that feels energetic yet calm, allowing the fresh ingredients and healthy offerings to take centre stage.
A sleek, curved stainless-steel banquette guides movement through the interior and subtly defines different zones, while bespoke artwork by Valentin Ruhry, crafted entirely from light switches, pays playful homage to Battersea Power Station’s legacy. Every element is carefully considered to balance efficiency with warmth, creating a welcoming space designed for connection and community.
